The Oculus Intel Affiliate Program is designed to provide affiliates with a clear and transparent commission structure, ensuring that every referral and sale is tracked and credited fairly. However, we understand that disputes may occasionally arise regarding commission payments, tracking discrepancies, or sub-affiliate earnings. This policy outlines the procedures affiliates must follow to resolve disputes efficiently and fairly.
Oculus Intel is committed to addressing all disputes in a timely and professional manner. Affiliates are encouraged to carefully review this policy and follow the outlined procedures when seeking resolution. Our goal is to maintain fairness and integrity while providing a seamless experience for all participants in the program.

Disputes may arise from various aspects of the affiliate program, including commission payments, tracking, sub-affiliate earnings, and program violations. This policy covers the following types of disputes:
Commission Disputes occur when an affiliate believes they have not received the correct commission for a sale. This may include missing commission payments, incorrect commission rates based on the affiliate’s level (Platinum or Gold), or commission reversals due to refunds or chargebacks. If an affiliate believes a commission was improperly voided, they may request a review.
Tracking and Attribution Disputes arise when an affiliate believes that a referred sale was not properly credited to their account. This can happen if a customer claims to have used an affiliate’s referral link, but the transaction does not appear in the affiliate portal. Disputes may also arise regarding the
one-year tracking period, especially if an affiliate believes that a sale should still be credited within the tracking window.
Sub-Affiliate Disputes apply to Gold Level affiliates who earn commissions through their network of sub-affiliates. These disputes may involve disagreements over sub-affiliate assignments, incorrect commission calculations, or missing payments from sub-affiliate transactions. Since Gold Level affiliates benefit from a multi-tiered commission system, tracking accuracy is essential.
Violations of Terms & Conditions may also lead to disputes. This includes account suspensions or terminations due to alleged violations of affiliate policies. If an affiliate believes they were wrongly accused of misconduct or policy violations, they may file a dispute for review. Additionally, disputes related to fraudulent activity, improper referrals, or unethical marketing practices fall under this category.
To maintain fairness and efficiency, disputes must be handled through a structured resolution process. Affiliates should follow these steps to ensure their concerns are addressed appropriately.
Before submitting a dispute, affiliates should first check their affiliate dashboard
Step 2: Submit a Formal Dispute
If an affiliate identifies an issue that cannot be resolved through self-review, they must formally submit a dispute request. This can be done through the Oculus Intel Affiliate Portal or via email at [Affiliate Support Contact] within 30 days of the transaction in question.
The dispute request must include key details such as the affiliate’s name and ID, the transaction date and order number, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence, such as screenshots or customer correspondence. Disputes submitted without sufficient information may be delayed or dismissed.
Once a dispute request is received, Oculus Intel will acknowledge receipt within three (3) business days and conduct an initial review of the transaction records. This review will involve verifying tracking data, reviewing customer purchase history, and confirming commission eligibility. If additional information is needed, the affiliate will be contacted.
A response will be provided within seven (7) business days, outlining either the resolution of the dispute or the need for further investigation. In many cases, minor discrepancies can be resolved at this stage.
If further investigation is required, Oculus Intel will take additional steps to gather necessary information. This may include contacting the referred customer, reviewing payment processor records, or verifying tracking system data. For Gold Level affiliates disputing sub-affiliate earnings, additional checks may be conducted on sub-affiliate activity and commission distribution.
The investigation process is typically completed within 14 business days, though complex cases may take longer. Once the review is complete, a final resolution will be provided to the affiliate. This resolution may involve approving the dispute and correcting commission payments, denying the dispute with an explanation, or taking other corrective actions as needed.
If an affiliate disagrees with the resolution, they may submit an appeal within seven (7) business days of receiving the final decision. The appeal must clearly outline the reason for disagreement and include any new supporting evidence not previously provided.
Oculus Intel will conduct a secondary review and provide a final, binding decision within ten (10) business days of receiving the appeal. Once the appeal decision is made, no further disputes on the same issue will be considered.
To ensure the integrity of the affiliate program, Oculus Intel reserves the right to take corrective action against affiliates who submit fraudulent disputes or abuse the dispute resolution process. This includes:
• Filing repeated disputes without valid supporting evidence.
• Attempting to claim commissions for unqualified referrals.
• Using deceptive marketing tactics to falsely attribute sales.
If an affiliate is found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, they may face account suspension or termination, as well as forfeiture of unpaid commissions. Oculus Intel reserves the right to take legal action in cases of serious fraud.
Affiliates can minimize disputes by following best practices and ensuring they meet all program requirements. To avoid tracking and commission issues, affiliates should:
• Regularly monitor their affiliate portal to track commissions and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and marketing efforts.
• Clearly communicate with referred customers about how to use their affiliate link to ensure proper tracking.
• Adhere to all program guidelines and avoid activities that could result in commission voiding.
By following these best practices, affiliates can reduce the likelihood of disputes and maximize their earnings within the program.
